Great clinical services, friendly staff.
Trying to get an appointment was problematical, only just got an appointment slot to see a nurse.
Also - the waiting time to get through to speak to the receptionist was too long!

Telephone response could be faster.

I used the call back facility today and it worked perfectly. Got a morning appointment with no problem. Dr Tharm was lovely and dealt with my problem thoroughly.
